We've spend a week on Maui and had a unbelievable week. The best part for me was being able to exercise, eat well, sleep well sorta', and relax. Hiked all days except for today and saw beautiful scenery. Now I know I can do it! I have one more week of vacation which we'll be heading to Kauai tomorrow so I can continue this healthy adventure. The problem is when I go back home and the reality of work - double shifts and life stuff sets in. How to maintain eating well
The exercise I'm good at. It's the eating. Often at work there are many temptations. How do I avoid, resist and absolutely stay on track
I have one more week to develop a plan and I will. I want to continue eating well and exercising. It's a great lifestyle with so many rewards. Thanks for lending an ear and wishing you all a wonderful blessed day...
