B: IF: 15 hours
L: Chicken Tikka Masala w/riced cauliflower/green,red peppers & onions
D: Oven-fried Talapia and sauteed kale/bacon

Super tough workout... kickboxing moves, lots of punches, kicks, squats & punching/kicking drill... I love it... I had never heard of Janis until my sis Sue mentioned her in a blog. She is my new favorite! This dvd is on my wish list:

B: Stuffed green pepper / Coffee & cream
L: Oven-Fried Talapia / Greek Yogurt & mango (no veggies)
D: Oven-Fried Talapia / Greek Yogurt & mango (no veggies)
... this was sort of a healthy junk food day, no veggies, I just ate what I felt like eating, but still stayed paleo

Exercise: ~ NONE: REST DAY ~
