Hit it hard!

So right! Just water weight - already lost a lb of the 2 that I had gained! I also had a couple glasses of wine last night - which contributes to all this bloating. So I'm back today and hitting it hard - ran 4 miles and finishing the rest of the day with salads, fruit - and my favorite powerfood - yogurt!
