I have been getting A LOT of exercise. I have a paper route, and sometimes in the mornings I've been exercising with friends emoticon. I've lost 31 lbs. so far (277 lbs. vs. 308 lbs.); I have a lot more to lose; my goal weight is 150 lbs., so 127 more lbs. to go. I still need to work on the healthy eating aspect of weight loss, so far I've been eating whatever I want and exercising; I know that if I would eat better I would get better results faster. Sunday I went to my brothers graduation ( emoticon), and I was wearing what I wore to my graduation 2 years ago( emoticon)The paper route is really helping me; otherwise, I would be in bed too much (Today I was on the brink of it; I slept most of the morning. emoticon). I enjoy music emoticon emoticon In August I want to start a Bachelor's program with my mom, so we can graduate together (if only I could just get this class done that's hanging over my head) emoticon. Well, I'll talk to you all later. I have a lot more to do today; I have my paper route, a Mother/Daughter Banquet at my church, and other stuff to do.

I'm losing weight slowly, but surely. My mother showed me a pound of butter, so even if you lose only one pound that is a "big" achievement (I was excited that I lost 1.8 lbs in 2 weeks and 3 days because yesterday I had a family reunion and ate pretty heavily.);it's like pennies, every cent/lb. adds up so that you achieve your goal(s).

    Sounds like a busy day! And you're right-- if you started the healthy eating, weight will come off much faster! I've been losing weight slowly, but without diet and just exercising I lost 1 lb/month, with diet and exercise both I lose 2.5-9 lbs/month. At any rate, 31 lbs lost is amazing! You should be very proud! emoticon
