I have been getting A LOT of exercise. I have a paper route, and sometimes in the mornings I've been exercising with friends
. I've lost 31 lbs. so far (277 lbs. vs. 308 lbs.); I have a lot more to lose; my goal weight is 150 lbs., so 127 more lbs. to go. I still need to work on the healthy eating aspect of weight loss, so far I've been eating whatever I want and exercising; I know that if I would eat better I would get better results faster. Sunday I went to my brothers graduation (
), and I was wearing what I wore to my graduation 2 years ago(
)The paper route is really helping me; otherwise, I would be in bed too much (Today I was on the brink of it; I slept most of the morning.
). I enjoy music
In August I want to start a Bachelor's program with my mom, so we can graduate together (if only I could just get this class done that's hanging over my head)
. Well, I'll talk to you all later. I have a lot more to do today; I have my paper route, a Mother/Daughter Banquet at my church, and other stuff to do.
