Long video, if you watch it, why not put on your favorite exercise tape and move along with me for 12 minutes. Come on, you know you wanna! lol
I love exercising with Leslie. The exercise she does on this is one of my favorites. It's the first mile of a five mile walk and she does each mile in 12 minutes. I use to do the last two minutes with no problems but not any more. I really should be doing some of her slower tapes like a one mile walk in 15 minutes but I have a hard head. lol I still have to force myself to exercise (cardio ) but I am learning to love strength training. Probably because I have a lot of videos that I can sit and still get toned. My goal for today is to push just a little harder.. going for 90 minutes of movement today.
