Ok so I have chosen to change my lifestyle saying making small steps. Well I am really going slow and I have been slacking on my exercise due to business and motivation. However I am still losing so I must be moving around enough during the day to keep losing. It isnt a huge amount of weight but I am down 13 lbs in about 5 weeks which is about average. I am really wanting to kick my workout into full gear but as for most people I am letting everyday life get in the way. I tell myself the same excuses and it always ends up that working out is at the bottom of the never ending to do list. I mentally want to do it and I see how much it will help me but actually doing it is another story. I need to think of some way to make myself put exercise first even though I have the every day demands of my kids and part time job.
