Day 66~ I started my 60 Challenge.

Yesterday, I started my 60 day challenges. It's going to be a little longer than 60 days, a few days over, but that's okay. I welcome this challenge, and the extra days will be used for getting everything in place fully. Let's get it started.

My Smart Goals is....

Losing 11 pounds.
I will measure my success with a pair of jeans and a new chart.
My BMI will be tracked and measured bi-weekly by the trainer in training.
My goal is Attainable to do and is very much realistic.
My reward is reducing my BMI by 3% and losing 11 pounds.
I don't need to go reward myself with material things.
I'm rewarding myself with success...
My timeframe is 5/23-7/23 2012.

I'm ready to do this, I'm so ready that I've already started. I was going to start on June 1st, but there is no need in waiting when you know something feels so right.

    I just realized that my goal is down 50 lbs by July 9th, so that I'm down 50 in a year - when I will be seeing the same people I saw the week I decided and committed to this. That is only 6 weeks away and 11 lbs more for me. I will get there or dang close!

    Great goals! I'll join you with those dates and the 11 pounds if you'd like - we could track together.... Kimmy and I are talking about training for a mini triathlon - would you like to join us? We are looking at mid-august and that would be a perfect fit with the 60 day goal!
