Yesterday, I started my 60 day challenges. It's going to be a little longer than 60 days, a few days over, but that's okay. I welcome this challenge, and the extra days will be used for getting everything in place fully. Let's get it started.
My Smart Goals is....
Losing 11 pounds.
I will measure my success with a pair of jeans and a new chart.
My BMI will be tracked and measured bi-weekly by the trainer in training.
My goal is Attainable to do and is very much realistic.
My reward is reducing my BMI by 3% and losing 11 pounds.
I don't need to go reward myself with material things.
I'm rewarding myself with success...
My timeframe is 5/23-7/23 2012.
I'm ready to do this, I'm so ready that I've already started. I was going to start on June 1st, but there is no need in waiting when you know something feels so right.
