The start of summer BBQ season is upon us... and I'm going to try to keep it lower-carb by eating primal/paleo this summer to lose weight!
The Primal/Paleo way of eating is basically focusing on natural fats (olive oil, coconut milk, avocado), meats & fish, and plenty of fruits and veggies. I will also significantly limit my alcohol, starches and grains.
