Need to stay on track!!

So here I am, back again! My husband quit his job out of state...problems with the company owner and missing the kids...He is now applying at all the jobs in the state...Me however, I have been lacking in what I should be doing. I hear of everyone else doing wonderful things before swimsuit season, and here I sit...literally. I need to remind myself everyday to do something for me now that I have the chance! I really don't have an excuse anymore. Today I am tracking my food again, and going to stick with it, even it means I am going over my daily allowance, I am going to track it! I am going to also get back into my water and off this silly pop my hubby likes! My weigh in today is awful! 161.4...that is 4 pounds gained!! Not cool...but with my small changes I am sure to get back to 157 in a week? I hope so!!

Well, wish me luck because it is back to taking care of me, myself and I!!
