I am presently healing up from Achilles tendonitis and am doing light exercises with no jumping around of any kind. In the beginning it hurt worse than "the opposite of heaven". I would like to share a link with you regarding this problem, here it is: www.achillestendon.com/T
I was doing jumping jacks in case you're wondering how it happened. Thankfully I can do most other exercises in the meantime (abs, squats, push-ups, etc). If anyone wants to offer any other alternatives, I would be grateful. Thanks!
