So, I've been diligently tracking my food this week for the last 3 days. One day I went over (Teusday, a conscious decision) and 2 days I was under. I know it isn't good to go under, but I've decided not to dwell on it. Why? I am an eater...I eat when I'm bored, when I'm stressed, when I'm happy, when I'm sad.
Those 2 days I went under my calorie range were also conscious decisions. Why? I wasn't hungry. I'm trying hard to only eat when I'm hungry and to stop when I am satisfied. I'm sure I won't continue to do that every night, but for now, I'm going to let my stomach and my hunger rule :-)
