I've been with SP since late March so am @ a 2 month anniversary. All these things I never thought were possible have occurred in the last 2 months.
--daily monitoring of glucose is actually completed daily (most of the time) & an adventure not a task I'd rather not complete.
--I've stopped drinking diet sodas & don't miss them one bit. Iced tea tastes soooo good in the spring & summer
--I'm eating more balanced meals, smaller portion sizes and rarely feeling hungry.
--oranges & grapefruit have never tasted better!
--I'm exercising every day and it doesn't seem like a chore. I figure out ways to make time for it & enjoy the feeling of accomplishment once completed.
--I've read amazing stories of the accomplishments of others and made new friends.
-I've lost 25 pounds & have a stack of clothes ready to go to the local Goodwill.
--I feel like a different (younger) person!
