Exercising in the morning

Just finished my strength training for the day and I feel great. I have made it a regular morning routine to get my exercising in because it helps me stay motivated both mentally and physically. My focus on my job is clearer and I can move without hurting. Procrastinating exercising is just a big excuse that I use to use alllllll the time. Just doing it makes the day a whole lot better.
