Day One Pinky Promise Challenge

day one was good. I got in a really good workout. Food was not great, but it was not bad by any means. So much going on that sometimes its just hard to fit it all in. Tonight I want to push myself and get heavier weight on my bar for body pump. Its time to step outside the comfort zone and step into the pain zone. They dont say no pain no gain for nothing emoticon

    I've only done the gym version, and it was OK, but unless you already know what's going on, it's frustrating. The first time I did a class, someone actually LAUGHED (mean!) at me because I didn't know how to take off the little end thingies to change the weights. I like the looks of the home set much better, and I'm glad you like it.
