Today (Wed) I gave it a rest, I did my 30+ minute walk and felt great. Last night the weather was so good I made a BBQ for the kids and of course I gorged (not too much but enough).
Muscles were (and are) sore but it leaves me in a perfect position for tonight's training as my body enjoys the recuperation period.
Exercise bike is back on the menu today and I hope to get in some good walking too. I might do triceps today which leaves me in a good position for legs tomorrow. I'll refine this workout regime to do Legs on a Wed. That's my night. It'll settle down when the muscles get used to the activity and recovery lead time is down. All in all, I'm in a good place. Not beating myself up over losses. Will try to get weighed tomorrow at the doctors if I can quickly and see what the scéal is.
I just want to note here that I love my fiancée so very much. She is my strength, my rock. I need you M'lady, every day and every night. I love you! xxx
