Fitness, a word I could never relate to before. Fitness included exercising. That means I have to get up and move. Going outside where people can see me, I don't think so. Join a gym to workout. Again, consists of getting out in public, not going to happen.
I do workouts everyday at home. I sit up every morning when I wake up. I'm laying in my bed, then I sit up. Push ups, that's what I do when I push myself out of a chair. You want me to walk. I walk all the time from the living room to the kitchen. And I lift weights constantly, 20 ozs. of sweet tea at a time.
Well that use to be my thoughts on fitness. Glad I changed the way I think about fitness now. Now I'm working on three areas of fitness, and I'm starting slow, but staying consistent.
1. Mind Fitness - This was my first and most important change. I had to change the way I think. I needed to change my mind to know
2. Nutrition Fitness - I had to start slowly changing what I eat and drink. Another change I'm doing slowly. Drink more water and eat more fruits and veggies.
3. Physical Fitness - This was the hardest of the three. It consisted of me moving. I do at least 10 minutes of some type of workout everyday, walk, cardio, or strength.
I found that to get the best results of my fitness is to be consistent. I now have a new frame of mind.
It's Fit To Be Fit!
