My First 1 Hour Workout! Woohoo!

Today, I planned to workout for at least 20 mins, but I ended up actuallly doing 82 mins! I completed the 'Burn' portion of Turbo Jam 'Learn & Burn,' which was 16 mins long Then, in incriments, while watching American Idol and Law & Order SVU, I walked 66 mins in my living room. Not really a big accomplishment for probably most of you on SP, but it's huge for me because it's my first hour long workout since this last pregnancy. Woo hoo! Now that I know I can make it through an hour, I'm definitely motivated to keep it up and to try to reach my weight loss goal(s) even faster! I'm super excited! As of this am, I have 72.8 pounds to go to reach my goal weight, but at least I know I'm making some better decisions, and CAN eventually get there! ( ;
