I have gained about seven to ten pounds in the past six months due in large part to stress while finishing my Masters.
Well, now I'm DONE!!!!!
I graduated on Saturday with a 4.0. I partied at the casino. I ate a ton of food.
And then I started back on my diet (excuse me, healthy living lifestyle) on Monday. I have been eating at the low end of calories each day, about 1600 calories. I'm down four pounds, which I can guarantee was mostly water weight from the massive buffet. That means I still have about three to six pounds until I'm down to my weight before this semester.
I feel more motivated and focused than I have been in months, which is amazing. I love when I know I'm making good choices!
