well...this is my first time really doing something like this. lol. i left a very stressful situation about 6 weeks ago and since then i have omitted soda pop from my diet and lost 12 pounds. i believe however that the stresses that i was burdened with where a larger factor in my inabilaty to lose weight. my new attitude towards myself has made me feel that i have a greater chance in succeeding with not only my weight loss goals, but my life goals as well.....plus i spend more time being happy than worrying about all the little things. Now with my new attitude and hopefully the help with Spark People, I will definitely do some good things for myself and family!!!
