Good hump day Sparkfam! It has been a minute but I did want to reach out & let you know I am around but my time is shorter. I pray you are all getting in some type of workout & adding a few fruits & veggies in the mix. I have bought 2 new DVDs on Amazon & Ebay Firm Kick Punch & Jab & Denise Austin Pilates For Everybody. I really like the Firm one cause it has some firming exercising in between the kickbox routine. The Pilates well, I don't think it gives me the most for my workout? I used to do a pilates workout that made me sweat & I was barely moving by the next day. I tried to read all the comments off of Collegiate website before my purchase but hey its decent.

My oldest son is home from college & my youngest gets out for the summer on Friday. Hopefully he has done all he needs to that he won't have summer school. He is so smart but he barely passes by the skin of his teeth. I don't know what to do? Any & all comments/suggestions are welcomed. I am going to try to hold downt the capitol punishment till I get some comments from you?! lol

My workout today was Cathe Imax 3 & she was fierce in this nonstop step routine with some pylo squats, jumps, hops I mean, she killed me. Then I tried to follow with Jillian but I just couldn't concentrate nor move. I will finish that one up following my workout tomorrow of legs & glutes & treadmill with Inhale Yoga.

Well its hump day & I am dancing like nobody/somebody is watching!!

You got me the title reminded of Donna Summer passing. I thought you were speaking about it.

The brains of many young men don't develop a strong capacity for long-term thinking until they're in their mid-20s. So the awareness that doing the hard work of study now will open up great possibilities in the future is pretty dim, if not nonexistent. For some reason young women's brains develop more quickly.

Probably this is also why my car insurance agent once told me that for insurance purposes, girls are considered adults when they turn 21; but boys remain boys until they're 25 & married! If they stay unmarried, they're "boys" (with higher insurance premiums) till they're 30!! This is all based on accident statistics.

Parenting requires such patience!

You have emoticon exercise discipline! emoticon emoticon

Good luck to you and your son. Don't ever give up on him. You have to let him know that you are behind him 100%. I know this from experience. I did'nt think my son would graduated. He joined a trade school , which was part of highschool and he found just what he needed. He went on to a college trade school on a full boat scholorship. He is now a machinist and loving every minute of it . Be proud of him and back him all the way . Good Luck emoticon
