    What a great blog you shared with us. I love your vblogs, and I love the glow about you. You are always happy and upbeat. Well, I have had my cravings, temptations, and also binge moments in my life.

Craving= I'm lacking something. My body needs something from that food item I'm craving. I go on and have it and all is well. And that craving and that need is over. It never becomes a "need more moment".

Temptations= When I tell my body I can do without, and remove it from my body, but it circle around as a temptation time and time again.

Binge= Feeding something that's hurtful; depression; overwhelming; or dealing with those past temptations haunting me, and finally getting the best of me.

Asking for God to remove those temptations works well in my life.
Also praying and asking God to remove the temptation to binge helps a lot as well.

Sometimes, I have to grab a book to control my cravings or write in my journal. That always help, but prayer is the #1 key to success.
