Yucky Green day 7

I cant believe that I've had a green smoothie every day for 7 days (I skipped one day or it would be 8) Even though I've been making very poor decisions for dinner, I have thoroughly enjoyed my green drinks. They are definitely a part of my life now and will not be going away soon. Todays drink however was just not good. 1c almond milk, 2 c kale, 2 apples, 2 tbsp peanut butter... I was thinking this is going to be yummy bc I like apples and pb... no not at all. I had to add my last banana to make it somewhat palpable. For some reason kale and apple are not the right consistency for my smoothies. Lesson learned. But hey I'm trying new things and have been surprised overall. Of the 7 smoothies I've made, only one have I struggled to get down (today) and one that wasn't my favorite but still yummy... I'd say 5/7 super yummy green smoothie concoctions is a success. I'm not stopping the green smoothie journey, It will continue and I will continue to post how they are, the good bad and amazing.
Today was weigh in day... I gained 2 pounds. I'm so not surprised at all seeing as I've eaten out 4 days and only exercised 3. This is just a blip in the radar and I will do everything possible to have negative next week. Did I mention that I had a dear visitor this week... my TOM definitely affects every aspect of my life... ugh why did I think it was good to be regular? but anyway here are my goals from today.
1. within calories -- yep, I'm at ~1200 right now and plan on homemade chicken and veggie soup ~350 cals and a glass of wine ~150 cals. So that brings me to 1700, which is the lower end of my spark tracker.... oh did i mention that even though I avoided the loop (my demise) I did make it to the snack machine when my experiments didnt work :( I had some chocolate chip cookies worth 170 calories.
2. Workout --- Haven't done it yet but the mat is down and sometime after dinner I'm going to do the biggest loser Wii for 60 mins. Its a pretty intense workout.
3. Deficit -1000 cals --- with just nutrition and BMR I'm at -500, Hopefully I can get a good burn. I'm not sure if I'll reach 1000 but any deficit is more than none right?
So this weekend is going to be insane. I'm going to my parents house for memorial day and my mom's birthday. I will continue to track everything and check in for updates.
