Uber Stressed...But Still Being Good

Hey all! I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know that I am alive! I am doing pretty well on my food intake as well. I was sick for the last three days, so I missed my workouts, but I was back on track with the workouts this morning! :)

I am the same weight, which is a bummer, but I keep telling myself that it is better than gaining!

I have a lot of stress going on right now, personal and work! I will definitely be filling all of you in soon and hope to have some good news to report as far as a promotion on the horizon!! :)

How are all of my buds out there?

And emoticon learning new ways to deal with the stress so you can maintain rather than gain!

    It is a huge accomplishment for me not to gain when under stress because I am typically a stress/emotional eater, so the fact that I can keep it under control is amazing to me. It really shows me that I am can do this for the rest of my life.
