after yesterday's run, today's walk went just fine, heart rate stayed where it belonged. so tomorrow will be another run... yesss!
have had a decent 24 hours - fit in a 20 minute video before dinner, after an extra walk in the late afternoon. today we already have 5.5 miles behind us, right on track.
meals - lunch was tempeh "chicken" salad, made with deli dressing (mayo type) that i make from silken tofu. all my own concoction, kind of a waldorf salad with curry seasoning, plus a kale salad with miso tahini dressing. lots of both so that will be tomorrow's meal too.
today's smoothie - the rest of yesterday's - kale, frozen blueberries and raspberries, hemp seed. pretty darn yummy!
dinner tonight remains a mystery...
weight - maintaining initial goal, still working toward "sub goal". yup, it's working...
