Couch to 5k

I did work out 1 of couch to 5K!
and I forgot to mention Tes in this vlog! Mad props to her because she not only told me about the workout, but when I called her before and I was like it might be getting to dark, she was like..."no, go to the gym, the track or are starting couch to 5k TODAY." and I did!! so yay me and thanks Tes for encouraging me to start this and yay Justin for letting me send him pics of all my food.

Those 2 really are the best yall. really.

    Congrads, I've been doing ease to 5k. I'm on week 6 and its def kicking my rear, but dont u feel so awesome after ur done? Great job and keep it up.
