Starting off the day I feel pretty good. I think I'm going to start eating a lot more soup so I don't feel hungry so much. I have a weird sleep schedule, go to bed about 4 -5 am and up at noon or 1pm. The hunger isn't too bad during the day but toward the am hours it starts to pull on me. So the increased volume of the soup, heard about it from doctor Oz, should help.
Gonna do first monthly measurements today and do strength training. Come on muscle! no more shaky arms please!
