Here are the rules of this week's mental challenge:
This week, earn 50 points for your team by writing down three things that are currently in your life that give you happiness.
This week, earn 50 points for your team by witting down three things that you would like to do or experience that would increase your happiness. (These can be things that are instant gratification items or long-term dreams, or anything in-between.)

Go river rafting

BE A MOM
For each of these goals/experiences, I know I must have a plan of action and measurable goals which I can follow to attain them. My focus is on spiritual and personal development everyday.
I'm been experiencing some amazing truths planted deep in my heart in the last few weeks and I know that I can DO ALL THINGS through Christ who strengthens me. Not some things, not just in one area, not those that I'm good at, but ALL THINGS.
