Looking back at where I started, I am amazed at changes which have taken place in my life in the last 2.5 months. When people (including myself) start a workout routine or a nutritional plan, in many cases it is very hard to see the outcome. For many, every day is another trial. A number of people quit even before they can begin a new journey. We cannot reach our goals if we quit. If we want something we have to stick to it no matter how long it will take - in many cases we are pleasantly surprised because we can achieve certain goals rather quickly.
So what can you do in 2 or 3 months? Some people view this time frame as pretty long. When you actually take a look at your life and realize how much longer you will have to enjoy your achievement, it's a very short period of time.
Today I posted my latest pictures wearing the same exact outfit as on day one (actually it kind of just happened, I wasn't planning on it). It made me realize how fast my goals have been realized and how much longer I used to procrastinate prior to my recent lifestyle change. We take a longer time to talk ourselves out of doing something good than actually doing it. For me this was a great lesson which I will be applying in every aspect of my life from now on.
