Quick Reminder

One of my usual pitfalls is getting so easily frustrated at slow progress that I end up throwing my arms up and binging or giving up altogether. To try to combat that behavior, I'm going to try to make a conscious effort to STAY POSITIVE! Focus on the positives!!! So... things I'm looking forward to:

Looser clothing. 15lbs can make a really big difference in the way clothes fit and unfortunately I'm living proof. Can't wait for my jeans to be less snug and not to be embarrassed putting on a summer shirt.

Looking at myself. I avoid looking at myself and my body in the mirror. It's sad and I feel so ashamed when I do catch a glimpse. It's like all my failures from my entire life are laid bare before my eyes when I see my fat stomach spilling out of my clothes. Ugh. So, I can't wait to WANT to look at myself again! And to see the way my body changes, really SEE it. See new muscles!
