Well, im happy to get that outta my system!! I drank the past 2 days because i had those 2 days off.. Im back on it today. While i was drinking though i was doing pretty good. Worked out both days and tried to watch what i eat. I would have to say i ate a little more carbs then i wanted. Im not gunna hate myself for having fun though. Drinking these past 2 days makes me wanna get on track and FOCUS.
Breakfast: 100 Calorie Sandwich thin, turkey, lettuce, mayo, american cheese, lettuce
and taco dip 1/2 cup
Dinner: Steak ster fried green beans.
