Wednesday 5/23/12

I am away till next week. Missed blog yesterday

Will try to do what I can. Taking care of my
sis-in-law ..dr appts; radiation therapy every day;
shopping; making meals, jusst being there till her
son gets here from CA.

So taht is taht. My friends AL is obsessing because
I'm away,b ut it can't be helped. I'll be away 2 weeks
after I get back, then away again in August. that is
just life.

OK, enough of this.

I am really watching what I eat. Trying to stick to a program,
since I cna't write all I eat down on here. I am AWARE and
being aware is the best and 1st step.

I intend to lose weight while away.

I walked 2 miles last night after dinner. That was good. Hope
to get inthe poool todAY just not sure that will happen.
I will walk anyway and that is a good thing.

I'm at McD's doing my wifi. I wish she had internet at her
house, make it so much easier but this works and gives me
time out alone.

Going to Wal-mart next to get stuff I need to eat.

Well, thatis about it fromhere. Will write when i cAn.

Warm Hugs to all

Know you will do well. McD's is a change of scenery and a chance to be by yourself. Great that they have wifi. Wonderful thing you are doing for your sister in law. And Al will recover! :)
