Good news today - just been to physio and he is PLEASED with knee progress and he has given me a plan:
Day 1: 10 mins x-trainer\10 mins bike
Day 2: REST
Day 3: 15 mins x-trainer\15 mins bike
Day 4: REST
Day 5: 2 mins job\30 secs walk x 5
I CAN TRY A RUN IN 5 DAYS!!! AND I CAN DO CARDIO!!!
This is all gentle though, any pain and I must stop. Please keep your fingers and toes crossed for no pain. I just want to feel like my old self again.
