So I went through a little rough patch. Depressed and stressed is how I spent the last couple of weeks. Starting back to work this week really helped. My job has me walking 3 to 5 miles every day, so that helps. Keeps the blood flowing and keeps my mind off other things. I haven't started back up the Zumba classes due to end of school schedule but I don't feel too bad since I am getting up off the couch everyday to come to work.
Slowly we are finding our way to a place without my dad. I think we're going to be okay.
