So I was just doing some calculations.
My calorie differential for the week so far is only about 1k. That means that I have about 650 calories a day to get to the desired 3500. That is doable. But, I know if I push it too hard that will set me up for failure next week. So I'm just going to take it slow and if I get to 3500 for the week, great. If I don't, it is not the end of the world. If I am in the negative at all at the end of the week, then I have had a successful week.
