I've lost just under 2kg in a week and a half and yet I'm already becoming addicted to those scales numbers. I'm happy today because I'm almost at 81kg even though I've only been doing 40 minute gym sessions this week. Ok so I have hardly lost anything but these tiny wins keep me going. I've managed to avoid the apple pie in the fridge and brownies in the cupboard. How much weight have you lost? What do you use for motivation?
