I'm so excited to start my vacation. It's not going to some famous beaches or sight-seeing wonderful historic places but it's visiting my relatives and do a little bit of shopping, all with my dearest mother :D Yeah, I wish I can go to my dream vacation places such as Japan and Scotland, thanks to all those fiction romance books, manga and japanese drama series that hugely influenced my choice. But #1 I still fear of travelling alone, #2 I don't like to travel with strangers especially if I'm the only one stranger in the group and others know at least another person and #3 no budget! But I always fantasize me do my vacation journey alone, with my backpack and wheel-luggage (I like to pull luggage with wheels, a I-am-a-pilot fantasy, haha).
Anyhow, wherever I'm going, I always love to get away from this town, just a nice get away trip to refresh myself, to be in new places, even if familiar places. Routine and normal are great but need to get out now and then so no feeling bored with myself, haha.
I've done packing most of things, still have some area to be fill, perhaps with shopping things from my trip :D So, unfortunately, because of the excitement and working much harder at work to finish up as much as I can, I was so tired of these mixed emotions that at home, I felt asleep after dinner and didn't do my ZWOW as planned! At first feeling guilty then I though, heck, why not skipped whatever I planned, let's start prepare myself to do vacation-exercise, lots of Quickies instead of full workout!

1. Morning, 1-min

2. Morning to afternoon, 21-min
# Quickies Walk, total 21-min, total 2.1 km (a mixture of several 0.3 km and 0.2 km and 0.6km walks)
Total minute = 1 + 21 = 22 minutes
