I've heard that in order to be successful with my weight loss, I need to have a plan, so here's what I've come up with so far. I've decided to SLOWLY start exercising at home with the DVDs I currently have. As of tomorrow, I'll be 3 weeks post-partum, so I'd like to ease my way into this. I'm also going to count my calories and attempt to do the 'calorie cycling.'
So tomorrow's plan is:
consume 1825 calories max
only ONE soda
exercise for at least 20 mins (probably Leslie Sansone's Walking OR "Burn" portion of Turbo Jam Learn and Burn
Hopefully, by planning my day-to-day goals each day for the following day, I'll be able to stay on track. I figured it's better to go ahead and start doing this BEFORE I go back to work in a wk and a half.
