About 9 months ago I went through a tough time professionally, which had me working weird, and too many hours. I was eating the cheapest food I could, which meant carbs and salt. Then I strained my Achilles tendon and it hurt to walk. All of this meant I also stopped exercising.
I spent the past month and a half in and out of doctors offices and going through physical therapy. I'm finally to the point where I can start exercising again. I am easing myself back in with (stationary) biking and walking. I will be signing back up for bootcamp in 2 weeks!
My motivation right now (besides generally feeling better and getting my energy back!) is my sisters wedding mid-August. My dress fits, but could fit a little better.
