Ok, the fitness side of the plan did not get actually done last week. It is hard for me to be consistent in that. I have never been fond of exercise, much less sweating, but here I am, trying to introduce walking into my day, with little success, I might add.
A new week started yesterday, and I did not get to walk. Today, it felt good to get back into the walking routine again. Did almost an hour, got to walk with a friend, so we were able to talk and be entertained while we walked.
Now, Wednesday looms ahead and it looks like I will not make it tomorrow either, so let's hope for Thursday and maybe even a good close of the week on Friday (doubtful, I have an appointment with my nutritionist, but we'll see.).
