Dare: Patti24 says "do both cardio and strengths and step it up a bit."
This is just a VERY quick sample of how I combine ST and cardio.... there are lots different moves I like to do with my kettlebell. I do a movement for 20 seconds, rest for 10 and repeat for 8 sets and quickly move into 8 more sets of a different exercise. 20 or 30 minutes of this is a great sweat session!!
*My hubby took exception to the line "my favorite activity"... let me clarify... my favorite exercise including strength and cardio that is SP trackable! LOL!
