Truth or Dare: Part 3

Dare: Patti24 says "do both cardio and strengths and step it up a bit."

This is just a VERY quick sample of how I combine ST and cardio.... there are lots different moves I like to do with my kettlebell. I do a movement for 20 seconds, rest for 10 and repeat for 8 sets and quickly move into 8 more sets of a different exercise. 20 or 30 minutes of this is a great sweat session!!

*My hubby took exception to the line "my favorite activity"... let me clarify... my favorite exercise including strength and cardio that is SP trackable! LOL!

    what you mean not all exercise are sp trackable.that is a shame, it.will have to invest in a kettle bell i guess. emoticon
