Tomorrow I am starting Jillian Michael's 30 day shred!!! I am going to do that and also walk every day...I am determined to get these 70 pounds off!!! I want to wear a bathing suit for my 30th birthday in August and I think if I stick to it I will get there!!! If anyone has some good input on exercise that helps tone things up let me know!!! I am following the body by vi diet so it is low cal i just really need better exercise ideas so I do not get bored!!! Gonna get that skinny body I have always wanted!!!
