For the past month I've been working at this new job and I really enjoy it. The problem is I"m not getting enough exercise in and I'm eating more than I was before. But I am maintaining my weight between 4 lbs. I'm still working out 2 to 3 times a week for an hour. But that isn't helping me lose more weight. I have started taking Raspberry supplements to try to help me keep more energy so I could workout ore. So far the only thing that seems to have helped is to eat just a little less.
I just can't seem to stop myself in going out to eat so much. Now I'm driving all the time so always going by fast food which is making it more difficult to not think about food. Almost seems like I am being controlled by the fast food.
I'm just frustrated because I want to make progress with my weight loss but i can't seem to overcome my mind set as of recently. With the fast food it seems like being controllin over me or not being able to control my weight loss as easy as it was before. I know it's a new trial but I am happy that I am maintaining and able to keep working out. Just things I need to improve on and continue with my weight loss journey.
