So far I have lost a few pounds but other than that I feel better about myself. Everyday that I get up and do something it just motivates me to keep going. I have told myself that instead of weighing every few days or so I am going to take a photo and weigh myself on June 1st then I am going to do a low carb high protein diet for 2-3 months with my husband and kick start some major weight loss. At the end of the 3 months I will weigh and photograph myself again and compare actual pounds lost to the way I look in the photo and I feel that I will be motivated much more easily if I am not so worried about the number of pounds lost.
