Today was a little harder riding to work. I swear the small inclines (hills) on my way to work GREW overnight. My legs were definitely feeling the workout earlier in the ride. But I also know from previous workouts that the first week or two is usually the toughest on your body and then you start to get stronger.
So we'll see how I feel tomorrow and the next couple days. I know I can handle it either way and it gives me a lot of energy in the mornings which I love.
