It's been 10 weeks, and I've gone from 374 to 358 lb (I was 354 before ToM gain, which would have made a nice even 20 lb loss! oh well, I'm certain my body will be back to 354 any day now lol). Still, 16 lbs in 10 weeks is nothing to scoff at!
Beyond the weight, I think I worked -really- hard for at least half of the weeks, and maybe medium-hard for 3, with only 2 really lazy weeks. That's some pretty decent progress, considering sickness etc that I had to deal with. I've gotten a lot stronger, built more endurance, and become OBSESSED with training for my 5k, which I do not view as a bad thing :)
I do wish I had more free time, because I think I've been a not-so-good teammate in terms of checking in and reading everyone's blogs. I am really proud of my teammates and everything, so I hope they don't hold my being REALLY busy against me...
It's just that lately I have been feeling spread too thin on multiple competitions (including the one I help run), with school (finals rapidly approaching), with real life, and with sickness. I have come to realize that Iam NOT super woman, and I do need a break from all of the responsibilities once in a while.. which is why I am going to take this summer "off" to focus on ME. Not off from weight loss, but off from spending so much time on Spark and in School (I am only planning 3 credit hours).
From here, I will just .. keep going :)
