I took this challenge because I "was" and avid runner until about a year ago when I gave up on pretty much everything to work overnight shift. I am now back on daylight shift and WOW...what a relief!
Plan: 5K Your Way 3 days a week, Spearkpeople 28-Day Bootcamp DVD 3 days a week, cross-training 2 days a week, and a little spontaneous surprises of exercise here and there.
I started 2 days ago...logged 1.3 miles day 1 and 2.0 miles day 2.
Pretty hard to tell just yet, but this is easier than I thought since I "was" a runner already.
DVD...need to find my weights because it's easy without them and I need hard right now.
Going to blog log my journey every other day...so stay tuned for challenge updates.
