Wow! I am already about 25 weeks pregnant. He is kicking up a storm!
I have actually gained more weight then I thought but a lot of it was from the beginning when I drastically cut down my workout times and intensity and ended up having to eat more carbs due to nausea. I am not too worried as I know whatever weight I have gained I can get off.
I lost the weight once and kept all my food & workout journals so I can see what worked and what didn't. So I feel completely prepared... I may have to fit my workouts in a different times with having a new baby but that's all part of the process.
I was so sick last week. Sinus infection and chest infection. Being pregnant the only thing my doctor allowed me to use is the neti pot. So I was off work for most of the week as my head was pounding and I was having coughing fits.
I also didn't push myself to workout. With the cold also being in my chest I felt it would be best to simply rest. And you know what? I feel 100 times better today. I still have a bad cough but it's a lot better. And my sinus pain is gone. Whew!
I was so happy to workout again. I really miss my workouts when I can't do them.
Now that I am finally starting to feel better my poor husband is sick!
I am getting so excited for my baby! This is such an exciting time right now!
