Tuesday has come upon us! My husband has a long weekend this week (along with Monday off) but I have to babysit Sat & Sun so light partying it is for me! Not a bad thing though :)
Anyway, I have no "bad food" in my house...literally. All fruit, veggies...no ice cream, chips, NOTHING! Feels good that I can't sneak into the wheat thins box and "accidentally" eat 250 calories worth. LOL.
Last night though, I did break and have some soft serve vanilla ice cream. I was craving it (that time of month) and I have been doing good so I got some. I got a small and I believe it was around 250 calories. In my book, NOT BAD! I saved calories throughout the day for it so I was prepared. I think it important to satisfy a craving. I mean, don't go eat a big mac and large fries..but don't deprive yourself of what you want.
And so the journey continues...I am buying a scale this weekend to see how I have been doing. I was weighed at the doctors 2 weeks ago and want to see if I made any progress. Im scared! Just have to keep pushing...whether I loose, gain, or stay the same....
