Yesterday's meal looks like a lot of food, but it was spread out and wasn't very much at a time. In addition to eating better, I went to Big Lots and found some gluten free food. All I got was some Bob's Red Mill CORNBREAD, and it was soo good! Going back to get some more today! I may branch out and buy some more of the good stuff they had yesterday to try it out, so I can start buying it on amazon if I like it. Cornbread will definitely be bought on amazon pretty soon.
1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter
1/4 cup of refried beans (if that... I didn't eat much of it) and 1/2 cup of salad ( I did eat all of that!)
Small amount of Spaghetti
1/2 ounce of Cheetos
Chicken thigh and 1/2 cup of Corn
Corn Bread and 1/2 can of Pinto Beans
Pain level: Pain was bad through part of the day, but the ibprofens have been helping..
