Very tired today but went for my daily walk. I am doing well in that but I don't feel like I am doing the proper work out during the week. I don't have a car so I am stuck at to exercise. I anyone has any feed back I would love to hear from you. Still staying positive!! emoticon

    Good going! To do the walk when you're tired is tremendous discipline!!

    Have you tried any of the exercise videos that are here at SP? I will be without a fitness center for 6 weeks while we're in CO for the summer in the mountains and have wondered what I can do to keep from losing the strength I've developed over the last year. I wondered what others thought of those exercises. I'm in my 60's and not as flexible as a 20 year old!!

    Keep up the walks--that's one of the best ways to safely exercise.
